The immigration into the city has been increasing over the decades as of the last 2011 census. The possible problems with this is xenophobia can increase and also job opportunities will diminish for both Canadians and immigrants. Another possibility is that the migration can help fill in the jobs of retiring Canadians. Also the immigrants can help establish relations with countries Canada does not negotiate with often.
